I am a vivacious woman who has healed herself of Multiple Sclerosis through meditation, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique/Tapping), intuitive movement, and healing foods.
As a meditation practitioner of over 20 years, I lead Guided Meditation classes, private sessions, workshops, seminars, and motivational speaking events. I am also a personal trainer that loves to use all forms of movement to help heal and strengthen the body, mind, and spirit.
I have lead others in Guided Meditation using Color Imagery, Mindfulness Meditation, Intuitive Meditation, Tapping Meditation, Children’s Meditation, Chakra Mediation, Animal Meditation and Healing Meditation. I have practiced in many traditions and blend the methods of many healing modalities within my meditation guidance for groups or private sessions.
I am a cultivator of stories and connections of humanity, compassion, brilliance and a bit of magic; a lover of world travel, cultures, and the great big Universe seeking to live life in the beauty of the chaos. I enjoy sharing my story and methods of healing.

During a private session, we get to the heart of what ails you. We talk about both the surface issues and the root issues that are affecting you. For some people half of the session is used for discussion, while for others a majority of the time is spent in meditation. Each session is created for you, exactly where you are at.
